ST. ANTHONY HOSPITAL

The St Anthony Hospital Campus demolition project consisted of pre-construction services, evaluating all existing as-built drawings for 850,000 sf medical complex, sitting on 9 square city blocks, to develop a GMP for asbestos abatement and total demolition of the buildings, as well as a network of underground steam tunnels, and all other underground utilities and site improvements.

GREYHOUND BUS TERMINAL BUILDING

Fiore & Sons’s Demolition crew was hard at work at the Greyhound Terminal for the demolition of this longstanding structure to grade. Fiore’s scope included demolition, transportation, recycling, and disposal of the existing building and parking deck of approximately 106,685 square feet. Fiore also completed erosion control and final rough grading.
