DENVER PREMIUM OUTLETS

Thornton, CO

Work for the Denver Premium Outlets shopping center began with the demolition of one house and three separate farm outbuildings which included two water supply wells and sanitary vaults. Fiore & Sons, Inc. imported approx. 45,000 CY of material, built five detention ponds, installed site utilities, and prepared the subgrade for asphalt and concrete and for the playground areas surrounding the mall and service courts.

1701 PLATTE

Denver, CO

The Beck Group and Fiore & Sons Inc. teamed on this 5-story, 250,000-square foot office building, known as One Platte, being constructed on a 1.5 acre site at 1701 Platte Street in downtown Denver. As subcontractor, Fiore & Sons Inc. performed the complete earthwork scope of work which included mass excavation of approximately 60,000 CY for the building foundation, site grading, and shoring removal.

MEDTRONICS OFFICE CAMPUS

Lafayette, CO

Fiore & Sons, Inc. worked with Ryan Companies US, Inc. to complete the earthwork, erosion control, excavation, site concrete prep, CDOT widening, and utilities for the Medtronic Office. Utilities included 3,000 lf of sanitary sewer, 3,000 lf of watermain, and 3,400 lf of storm sewer. Work also included 135 cubic yards of import.

REVE BOULDER

Boulder, CO

Fiore & Sons, Inc. teamed with SLC Commercial Construction to complete earthwork, utilities, and fine grading. Work included export of 96,000 CY of excavated soil, excavation and backfill of the two-story underground parking structure for a four-story above ground structure, with site concrete improvements.

KIEWIT RIDGEGATE CAMPUS

Lone Tree, CO

Fiore & Sons, Inc. completed the surveying, earthwork, mobilization, erosion control, and utilities including, sanitary water, storm and sewer.  Sanitary work included over 900 LF of sewer line. Water installation included over 1,000 LF of waterline, and storm sewer required installation of nearly 3,000 LF.

FLOWERS BAKERY
FORMER HOME OF WONDER BREAD

Denver, CO

In 2016, Fiore & Sons, Inc. acquired the former home of Wonder Bread (Flowers Bakery). From the outside looking in, it looked like a candidate for the wrecking ball. Fiore was in need of 20,000 sf of new office space near their existing campus for their new corporate headquarters. This area is where the Fiore family lived and worked for over 40 years... and they were determined to stay.
