ROB SLAUSON

As Estimating Director, Rob is responsible for managing the daily workloads of Fiore & Sons, Inc. Estimating Department. This includes development and accuracy of bids, completion of proposals that adhere to project specifications and municipal standards, and continuous client engagement for successful project pursuits. He works with Estimators to regularly visit Fiore jobsites to observe on-going work and incorporate the vast expertise of field personnel which creates the foundation for greater understanding of production and construction methods. While training and collaboration remains a priority for Rob for new innovations and estimating practices, he continually fosters a collaborative and team-driven atmosphere.
