Red Rocks Ranch is a 350-acre master-planned community at the northeast corner of Morrison Road and C-470. Fiore and Sons, Inc. completed the earthwork and site improvements for this notable development project moving over 4.5 million cubic yards of dirt, with the largest cut at 70 feet.

THE CANYONS
MASTER DEVELOPMENT
Castle Pines, CO
Located in Castle Pines, this 500-acre site is in preparation for vertical buildout of more than 2,000 homes. Fiore & Sons, Inc. completed site preparation, excavation, utilities, concrete and asphalt. Included in the operations was crushing/recycling over 200,000 cy of excess material into a usable product for use on site (road base, cobble, and sand).

STAPLETON REDEVELOPMENT
Denver, CO
Fiore & Sons, Inc. helped transform the old Stapleton Airport into a unique urban development consisting of single-family and multi-family residential, commercial, retail, institutional, and open space. Scope of work on this 4,700-acre site included demo, grading of over 100,000 CY, and erosion control.

SECOND CREEK FARMS
Commerce City, CO
Fiore & Sons, Inc. worked with LGI Homes to lay the foundation for a new housing community, Second Creek Farms. Scope of work for Fiore & Sons, Inc. included general sitework, earthwork/ excavation, storm water and erosion control, sanitary sewer system, waterline, storm sewer/drainage improvements, roadway and pavement.

STERLING RANCH
Littleton, CO
Fiore & Sons, Inc. worked with the Sterling Ranch Community Authority Board to complete this mixed-use, master-planned community. Scope of work included erosion control, grading, mobilization, utilities including, storm, sanitary, and water, concrete prep and paving, and asphalt paving.

CANDELLAS
Arvada, CO
Scope of work included complete construction of the earthwork including removals, sub-excavation, 3,759,300 CY overlot mass grading, 100,000 CY muck excavating, 300,000 CY rock excavating, 2,250,000 over excavating, landslide mitigation and topsoil.

BRIGHTON EAST FARMS
Brighton, CO
Located just a few miles from Brighton’s City Center is Brighton East Farms, site to 37 homes. Fiore & Sons, Inc. worked with LGI homes to complete general sitework, earthwork, excavation, sanitary sewer, waterline, storm sewer, drainage improvements, roadway, and paving. Work included 145 lot sub division with all utilities and sitework bridge removal and construction of a new box culvert crossing Weld Country Road 2. 1400’ long 2 lane road widening of Weld County Road 2.
