MIKE KELLY
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
As Director of Operations, Mike Kelly is integrally involved in management planning and decision making for Fiore & Sons, Inc. As mentor to multiple departments (shop, equipment, transportation and construction operations groups), and corporate liaison to the Executive Team, Mike ensures proper allocations of resources. Mike also works daily, hand-in-hand with Fiore’s HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) Department for a “Safety as #1” priority and participates in project preplanning, project management, and client relations. Reporting project progress, equipment status, and personnel and equipment needs to keep projects on schedule and in budget is his on-going focus. Mike’s number one goal is to continue to advance communication, project and process efficiencies, and key budget performance measures at Fiore & Sons, Inc.
