Fiore & Sons, Inc. worked with RC Andersen LLC Construction to complete the erosion control and site utility work at the Amazon (DEN 2) project in Aurora, Colorado. Fiore and Sons, Inc. was recognized by RC Andersen as the highlighted local contractor successfully performing civil construction services on this important project.

FEDEX FREIGHT MEAD
Mead, CO
Fiore & Sons, Inc. worked with general contractor Moltus Building Group to prepare the foundation for this FedEx Freight project. Civil construction services included project mobilization, earthwork, and site utilities including stormwater, water and sanitary sewer. Other project responsibilities included widening a CDOT highway widening for entrance improvements.

FERGUSON WAREHOUSE
Aurora, CO
Fiore & Sons, Inc. worked with Whiting-Turner, general contractors for the 450,000-sq ft warehouse/ distribution facility on 53 acres in Aurora, Colorado. The earthwork and utilities for this project included 180,000 CY of overlot cut to fill, building pad over-excavation and rock excavation.

PROJECT FROGGER
Mead, CO
Earning its name when site selection jumped across the railroad tracks to their second choice, Project Frogger is a 380,000 SF distribution warehouse in Mead, CO. Work included lowering the site by 25 feet, resulting in 560,000 CY of excess soil and exposed groundwater. Fiore & Sons, Inc. design-built an interceptor drain at the north end of the site to catch and divert water before it reached the building and storage areas.

KROGER FC07
Aurora, CO
Fiore & Sons, Inc. worked with Ryan Companies to prepare the site for Kroger's new distribution warehouse. The scope of work included erosion control, mass grading, excavation, site utilities, and water/fire line service. Fiore also managed subcontractors to complete lime stabilization.
