Todd Smith joined Fiore & Sons in 2022, bringing 20 years of experience managing large organizations that served some of the largest brands in the world. Leveraging his experience as Chief Technology Officer at Xerox, Global Vice President of Shared Services at TELUS International, and President of Quest Discovery Services, Todd is introducing and championing metric-driven decision making, continuous learning and development, implementation of AI, continuous improvement through LEAN Six Sigma, enterprise program management, and operational rigor with a focus on exceeding customer expectations. As COO of Fiore & Sons, Todd leads the organization in a proactive way with significant focus on the FIORE PRIDE values system.
