CHILDRENS HOSPITAL DEMOLITION (2008)
- This project involved an intricate building
separation from a National Historic Registration Building completed with
no damage
- 5 separate buildings up to 7 stories (720,000
SF) cast in place /steel/post tension building with elevators, mechanical
room and heliport pad adjacent to city sidewalks on 3 sides
- Separation of Health Center building without
incident
- On-site recycling of concrete/asphalt

COLORADO SCHOOL OF MINES (2010)
- Demolition of 5 story structure ~ 227,000
SF steel/concrete construction
- Maintained existing parking lot, walks and
curb/gutter and site improvements during construction
- Parking lot installation with recycling
materials
- Utility cut offs and removal
- Value engineered onsite crushing to recycle
concrete/asphalt for reuse as backfill ~ 6,500 TN

Fitzsimons HOSPITAL DEMOLITION (2008)
- This project consisted of 4 separate contracts ~
150,000 SF
- Completed building and smoke stack demolition
which involved coordination of Crane/High-Reach material Processor
- Utility tunnel disconnections
- Worked in conjunction with abatement contractor
to export contaminated soils and other materials

- Demolition of steel structure
- Demolition of CMU block structures
- Building separation from 2 anchor stores
that remained open during construction
