Fiore & Sons, Inc. performs various types of demolition projects. Some of the work we complete for clients only consist of demolition of buildings and clearing sites. Other redevelopment projects include a more complete scope of work including demolition, hazardous material removal, earthwork services, and site utilities. Fiore & Sons' expertise in demolition also includes technical or partial demolition projects.
One Source Contractor
As undeveloped land along Colorado's Front Range becomes scarce, owners and developers are turning to redevelopment of existing commercial or residential sites. For these types of projects, Fiore & Sons is distinguished from other Denver area contractors in that we have the ability to self perform all demolition, debris removal, environmental remediation, earthwork and site utilities. When hiring Fiore & Sons, general contractors and owners have the luxury of dealing with only one contractor to fulfill these critical phases of construction.
Environmentally Conscious
Fiore & Sons is environmentally conscious and we make every effort to recycle materials from demolition projects. In one of our recent projects, the demolition of the former Crossroads Mall in Boulder, 80% of the 645,000 sf building demolished was recycled to reduce the amount of debris taken to landfills. This included crushing and recycling concrete and asphalt for future use on-site, as well as recycling 2,000 tons of steel that was salvaged from the building.

Fiore & Sons has completed over 300 demolition projects in Denver and greater Colorado totaling over 14 million square feet of floor space and including buildings up to six stories. Our demolition experience includes projects as diverse as clearing entire city blocks, partially demolishing structures still in use – including hospitals and health care facilities – and performing hazardous materials, emergency response demolition.
